James Winchester RIP

We are all very shocked by the sudden passing of our great writer and even greater friend James Winchester. The thoughts of the entire 23rd Precinct Music and Notting Hill Music family are with Shena and Tyler, his loving family. He will be sadly missed but James’s music will live long and his friendship will be in our hearts forever.
